Conscription Movement (Wimbledon : E. Trim and Co.), a letter which he addressed to an Irish Roman Catholic Bishop, asking him to explain why he and his colleagues had opposed Conscription, and pointing out that the attitude of the Irish Nationalists made the position of English Home Rulers almost impossible.
