This might create the impression that the courts in Holland base an eventual judgement solely on the outcome of the 'chemical test. This impression would be false. In Holland the chemical test may be accepted with other facts as proof that the driver was incapable of being in proper control of his vehicle. As far as I know the chemical test has never been accepted as being sufficient proof alone. Other facts must concur to constitute sufficient proof. —Yours faithfully,
