In the Irish Court of Queen's Bench, on Thursday, the

Solicitor- General continued his reply, without bringing it to a conclusion. An affidavit was made in court on this occasion, that two of the persons whose names had been struck off the Jury-panel were never members of the Repeal Association nor subscribers to its funds. Soon after the names of the traversers were called over, Mr. O'Connell, who was evi- dently unwell and seemed to suffer from a cold, left the court.
