NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS.
It is our intention occasionally to issue gratis with the _SPECTATOR Special Literary Supplements, the outside pages .of which will be devoted to Advertisements. The Fourth of these Supplements will be issued with the SPECTATOR for February 17th; and Advertisements for it should reach the _Publishing Office not later than noon on the Wednesday pre- ceding that date.
