A CORRECTION.

[To THE EDITOR OF THE ..SELCIAT01.1 SIR,—Will you allow me to correct the misspelling of the name of the Irish harper mentioned in the Spectator of December 27th, 1913? It should be Denis Hampson, who is said to have lived to be a hundred and twelve. The patronymic, although a very old one, has xo`, been so renowned as that the fame attached to success as a harper should be allowed to pass
