THE CHURCH:
On Saturday last, C. Tucker, Esq. B.A. of St. Peter's College, was elected a Foundation Fellow of that society.
On Friday last, Mr. J. Legh, Scholar of King's College, was elected Fellow of that society. On Tuesday last, Mr. J. Wilder, Scholar of King's College, was elected Fellow of that society.
J. 11. Jerrard, Esq. B.A. Fellow of Caius College, has been appointed Principal of the New College at Bristol; and C. Smith, Esq. B.A. of St. John's, the Vice- Principal.
On the 30th ult. the Rev. W. A. \V. Keppei, B.A. was instituted to ithe Rectory of Brampton, in Norfolk, on the presentation of R. Horsham, Esq. of Stratton Strawless. His Royal Highness the Duke of Sussex has been pleased to appoint the Rev. J. Gunn, Rector of Barton and Irstead, Norfolk, to he one of the Chaplains of his Royal Highness.
