Dr. Pusey is accused by Oxford correspondents of the evening

papers, of disingenuousness; since the charges were communicated to him, privately, by the Vice-Chancellor ; who told him that he was charged with preaching consubstantiation and the mass. The Vice-Chancellor gave him an opportunity of disclaiming the doctrines imputed ; but Dr. Posey preferred demanding a conftoversy with his judges.
