The Blakely Ordnance Company, with a capital of 750,000/., in

It is proposed to purchase the busi- ness at present carried on at Southwark, but which is about to be transferred to a new and more convenient establishment at Green- wich. The directors have entered into an agreement to secure the business, works, leases, &c., for 225,000/., payable by instal- ments over two years, and 150,000/. in debentures, bearing 6 per cent. interest. According to the prospectus, the profits of the present company for the current year are nearly 60,0001., indicat- ing a prosperous business.
