Tax Qtreans has taken her usual drives, weather permitting ; and Prince Albert his exercise of shooting, once with Lord Palmerston, otherwise alone. Lord Raglan had audience of her Majesty on Monday, to deliver the insignia of the Grand Cross of the Bath worn by his father. Yesterday the troops at Windsor paraded in the Home Park, before ,the Queen, Prince Albert, and the children, in honour of the lartbday,of the Prince of Wales.

The list of guests at Windsor Castle is rather long and remarkable. It includes the Earl of Westmoreland, Lord and Lady Palmerston, General Sir Robert and Lady Gardiner, Lieutenant-General Sir .John Burgoyne, Major-General Sir Henry Bentinck, Lord Raglan, Captain William Peel, Colonel Hamilton, Earl and Countess Granville, and Colonel Poulett Somerset.
