to leave Dieppe today for Paris ; but it is understood that the profuse preparations made at Boulogne for their reception will not be in vain. The day named for the Imperial visit there is now stated to be the 15th instant I have already mentioned the displeasure of the Emperor Louis Napo- leon at the turn things have taken, and at the manner in which the note of the Powers was modified at Constantinople. He is now said to have declared, very recently, that nothing would induce him to engage in a war at the present moment, all his energies being directed to the pro- curing food for the people; and, further, that he would devote the last franc in the Treasury for that purpose.—Paris Correspondent of the Times.
