A telegram from Paris, dated yesterday, states that "the Conference

on the Danubian Principalities will meet again in a few days, its work not being quite completed yet. The Ring of the Belgians will arrive at Biarritz about the leth instant, where he will remain some days."

A telegram from Tangiers, dated September 6th, states that "The Emperor of Morocco is dead. Sidi-Mohammed has been proclaimed Emperor at Fez and in Mequinez. Tranquillity prevails at Tangiers."
