The replies from France and Belgium to the British questionnaires
about the Ruhr have been published during the week. As they contain nothing that had not been said many times already in different words we shall not summarize them. The only point to notice is that by this speedy publication M. Poincare is the first to make a new appeal to the opinion of the world.
