No progress has been yet made towards the choice of

a King for Belgium, though the Archduke Ferdinand of Austria has been proposed. Some parties, it is said, looked towards the Duke of REICHSTADT ; who, in case of his elevation, will marry one' of Louis .Pm LIP'S daughters. This requires conformation. The position of the Dutch and Belgians remains in .statu quo. The citadel of Antwerp is still in the hands of the former, and has, it is said, received considerable reinforcements.
