VESTRIS AND HER SISTER. .

Madame Vestris and her sister Josephine (now styled Mrs. Anderson) have both been the objects of action this week—objects of passion the fair ladies have been any and every week for a longtime. The prosecutor of Madame was Zerbini, her ex-conductor of the band. Ile succeeded in establishing his case, and obtained a verdict accordingly. Howard, the plaintiff in the other cause, was equally successful in form ; but his verdict is subject to future proceedings. It appeared that Josephine had taken the benefit of the Insolvent Act subsequent to contracting Mr. Howard's debt ; and he had omitted to state it in her schedule, although he was the attorney that drew it up.
