Labour and the Moneyed Man. By George Radford. (Hodder &

Stoughton. 6s. net.)—Mr. Radford's. little book is a plea for the nationalization of banks, of land and agriculture, of mines and transport, as a preliminary to the establishment of the full-blown Socialist State. He is very much in earnest, but he takes so little account of the plain facts of history or human nature that he is not likely to convert many of his readers to the Labour Party programme.
