medical men, has again rallied a little."

We are sorry to learn that his Excellency Viscount de Moncorvo, Por- tuguese Minister at this Court, is suffering from the effects of a long and severe malady, and that but faint hopes are entertained of his ultimate re- covery.-Morning Papers.
