Sta.—Would it be advisable to hang bronze-metal laurel wreaths in every church or place of worship, on eaoh leaf the name of a fallen member, the wreathe to be of an establiehed pattern and made from some of the German guns melted down? If this were done on a national scale, it would bring it well within the reach of every small town or village without pre- cluding any larger scheme.
