On the 2d June, on his passage to England, within a few miles of Men, Lieutenant John Adee Curtis, Bombay Engineers, second surviving son of John Adee Curtis, Esq., of Dorking, Surrey.

On the 29th, at Margate, Elizabeth, the Wifeaf Mr. William Read, late of St. James's Place, Westminster ; in her 91st year.

On the 2r1 July, Constantine Talbot Crichton, Esq., son of Sir Alexander Crichton. On the 4th, at Glasgow, Jessie, only daughter of Mr. James M'Leod.

On the 5th, at Notting Hill, Kensington, Mr. Thomas Shuttleworth ; in his 90th year. On the 6th, at Folkestone, the Right Hon. Sir Nicolas Conyngham Tindal, Knight, Lord ChiefJustlee of her Majesty's Court of Common Pleas; in his 69th year.
