Our Parisian contemporary L' Opinion lately published an amusing story

in illustration of the uncertainty of the political situation in Morocco. A Frenchman addressed a letter to "His Majesty the Sultan of Morocco," and committed it to the Post Office. A few days later it was returned endorsed "Insufficiently addressed " ! The French Post Office is apparently not going to take the responsibility of deciding who is the Sultan. We cannot help thinking that it would be wise for the French Foreign Office and War Office to adopt a similar course.
