he Cause of the present dispute was the arrest by

the anlan Government of, a man named Jurashkovitch lived in Durazzo. It was alleged by the Government that this man was an Albanian by nationality, that he was a spy in the pay of Yugo-Slavia and that gravely compromising documents had been found in his possession: TheNtgo7Slavian Chargé d'Affaires instantly demanded the release of Jurashkovitch, stating that he was the dragoman of the Yugo-Slavian Legation and that his arrest was " brutal " and" violent "and entirely contrary to custom and law.. The Albanian Government asked, not unnaturally, why if Jurashkovitch was the dragoman of the Yugo-Slavian Legation he was not working at 1018 that Legation in Tirana instead of living at Durazzo. The Government added, however, that it would not be unwilling to release the prisoner if the Yugo-Slaviaii Chargé d'Affaires would modify the offensive language of his Note.
