SATURDAY NIGHT.

A letter has been received in town from the head-quarters of Gr ne- ral EVANS, dated the 24 instant. He was ready to march out with a force of 12,000 men, after garrisoning St. Sebastian and the lines in front of it. The Carlist force, concentrated in his front, consisted of from 16,000 to 17,000 men. He had received instructions from the Spanish Government to join General SARSFIELD, and waited only for SARSFIELD'S movement.
