[TO THE EDITOR OF THE " SPECTATOR."3 Sin,—In your article, headed "The Sources of English, Prosperity," in reference to the failure of our coal, in the Spectator of March 4th, you say, "who doubts that in our new agent, electricity, a limitless supply of heat and motive energy awaits the development of the need for them?"
