Sin,—I should be grateful if you would allow me to correct a mistake that appeared in the letter you published from me on the Juvenile Courts. The letter as printed read that there had been a Very considerable increase in juvenile delinquency since 1919. It should have been, since 1929, which I then pointed out was the lowest year on record.— Hon. Press Secretary, The Howard League for Penal Reform.
