A prospectus has been issued of the Belfast and Bangor

Railway and Land Company, with a capital of 1,000,0001., in 201. shares, the first issue to consist of 30,000 shares. The cost of the line will be about 50,0001. per mile, the distance from Belfast to Bangor being twelve miles. A single line of rail already exists between the above-mentioned places, and the traffic receipts have been very satisfactory. This line it is proposed to purchase, and to convert into a double line.
