Lord WILLiast BENTINCR has returned from the Continent with reestablished

health. We agree with the Courier that "the country has a right to expect a continuation of the services of this, one of the most eminent and disinterested, servants of the public. He has proved himself a consistent friend of liberty, and of the happiness of the human race in both hemispheres, and enjoys the confidence of every man of Liberal opinions in the empire."
