WHEAT, MEAL, AND FLOUR-For every barrel, being one hundred and ninety-six pounds; A duty equal in amount to the duty payable on thirty-eight and a half gallons of Wheat. OATMEAL-For every quantity of one hundred and eighty-one pounds and a half;

A duty equal in amount to the duty payable on a quarter of Oats. MAIZE OR INDIAN CORN, BUCK-WHEAT, BEAR OR BIOG-For every quarter;

A duty equal in amount to the duty payable on a quarter of Barley. 2. That it is expedient to amend the laws relating to the mode of taking and determining the average prices of corn.
