The great measure of the Session, the Irish Land Bill,

is to be introduced on Tuesday (15th) in the House of Commons by the Prime Minister, and Mr. Forster is to introduce his Bill to provide for the public elementary education of England and Wales on the following Thursday (17th), so that before Parliament has met ten days both the great measures of the Session will be fairly before the country. That is workmanlike, at any rate, and looks strong.
