The story of last week's approach through the sealed doors to the sarcophagus ' has inspired the Times correspondent to the language of legend and fairy tale :— " Once more the bolts were drawn and the seal cord cut, and then the doors of this third shrine were opened, revealing yet a fourth shrine, also of gold, brighter and more dazzling than the last. This likewise had bolts of ebony, but there was no sealing."
