Conjugal Lesson, has proved much more effective than is usually the ease with pieces sus- tained by two characters only. The squabbles that arise between Mr. Lullaby and his better half, on account of the "late hours" kept by the gentleman, give rise to an ingenious little plot, which is endowed with truly comic substance by Mr. Robson and Mrs. Stirling. Mr. Danvers, the author, has worked after a French original, entitled, be Mari va an Cercle ; but he has shown native talent in his workmanship.
