Snt,—In your last issue the Rev. F. Stone points out quite rightly that the point in the new Soviet Constitution that " he who will not work neither shall he eat " is a statement of a Christian principle.

• What Mr. Stone fails to explain is why it should be an Atheist State which first puts this Christian principle into practice, it having been steadily ignored by Christian nations.—
