Reports have been received of several actions between the Queen

of Spain's troops and the Carlist insurgents, all ending in the defeat of the latter. It is, however, peculiarly necessary at the present tine, to receive these accounts with caution, as the aim of the Spanish Government is to raise money by loan in Paris or London ; and it is remarked that Spanish Stock has not risen in value at Paris, notwithstanding the rumours of victories.
