POSTSCRIPT TO THE WEEK'S N j EWS. SPECTATOR OFFICE, SATURDAY, Two O'CLOCK.

The official report from Sunderland this morning states, tha t titer was on Thursday only one death, and no new case. The death was of a female, who had received blows in a'scuffie ; and it is said in a letter from k+anderland, that there was some reason to believe that ;the death was attributable to derangement from that cause. Dr. DArN had ordered an inquest to be held on the l itisr.

In a private communication it is stated, that Dr. DA-N has a reviving hope that the disease was not true Cholera, or that it has now disap- peared.
