Numerous reports have been circulated in London and Pails, during

the last few days, of risings in different provinces of Spain in favour of Don CARLOS. At present, little credit seems to be attached to them; and the last telegraphic despatch to the French Government, from Bayonne, makes no mention of any disturbance of consequence. It is believed, however, that in Bilboa an attempt to proclaim Don CARLOS immediately on the arrival of the news of the King's death, was the cause of a popular tumult, which the authorities soon put down.
