On the 3rd 'net., at St. Andrew's, Kingwood, Surrey, by the Rev. Canon Nepean, Chaplain in Ordinary to Her Majesty, the Rev. William R. Astiey Cooper, second son of Sir Aatley Piston Cooper, Bari, to Elizabeth, second daughter of Captain Evan Nepean, R.N.

On the 28th ult.. at St. Germain-en-Lays, Lady Harriet Catherine Williams, relict of the late Sir John Williams, Knight, one of the Justices of Her 3Iaje8ty's Court of Queen's Bench.

On the 28th ult., at Baden-Baden, Evelyn Anne Frances, eldest daughter of Lord and lady Antreetnis Loftus, aged thirteen years and nine months.

On the Ind inst., at Beth, Rear-Admiral William P. Stanley, aged seventy-seven. On the Rh inst., at King-street, St. James's, the Hon. Edward Gardner, fifth son of Alan, 1st Lord Gardner, aged seventy-seven. On the 5th inst., at Merton College, Oxford, Mary Amelia Fiances, eldest daughter of Robert Bullock Dianham, Esq., D.C.L„ Warden of Merton College, and Lady Carmichael Anstruther.
