THE PRODUCTION-DRIVE

Stn,—Boredom is one of the chief hindrances to swift and efficient work. Would it not be possible to combat boredom by enlisting the sporting spirit? Challenge-cups for the best productions in tanks, aeroplanes, &c., &c., might create a new interest and a healthy rivalry that would be of value in augmenting the rate of production.—Yours obediently, HENRY E. BANNARD.
