Keep out of the kitchen

Sir: I trust you now realise just what a fine restaurant critic The Spectator has in Nigel- la Lawson and that it was a grave error to allow Auberon Waugh (Another voice, 5 September) to try his hand at this difficult art. I was sickened by his attempt; surely Korean cuisine deserves better than this. Indeed I have never read such bloody crap — he should stick to wine.
