WHITEHALL, 10th April 1833.—The King has been pleased to direct Letters Patent to be passed under the Great Seal, granting the dignity of an EARL of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland unto FREDERICK JOHN VISCOUNT GonEnIcir, and the heirs male of his body, lawfully begotten, by the name, style, and title of Earl of RIPON, in the County of York.
