ESSAYISTS WANTED

SIR,—A Society in the sixtieth year of its existence, founded by a circle of friends (men and women) for practice in writing and criticism, has four vacancies. Papers are written according to an agreed programme of subjects of literary and general interest (avoiding political or other controversial topics), and circulated by post for comment and criticism.
