Westminster Abbey. By M. C. and E. T. Bradley. With

Mae- trations and architectural chapter by Mr. A. T. Grahame, and intro- ductory chapter by the Dean. (Pall Malt Gazette Office.)—We can praise everything about this guide except, perhaps, its shape. No known non-sporting pocket will contain it,—that is, when in the elegant cloth binding with leather back and corners which it wears in the copy now before us. In all other respects it is exactly what is wanted ; and doubtless it can be obtained in a more compressible shape. On the other hand, the binding gives it a chance, which it well deserves, of permanence. One may read it with pleasure at home ; the pleasure and profit of a visit to the Abbey will be indefinitely increased by it.
