I understand that the Editor of this journal is included

in the list of those on whom the, University of St. Andrews proposes to confer honorary degrees at the Graduation Ceremonial in June; he is to get the degree of LL.D. Sir Evelyn Wrench, Chairman of The Spectator, was the recipient of a similar honour from the same source some years ago.
