On the 3d, at Lansdown Place, Cheltenham, the Lady of Sir NICHOLAS CIIINNERY. Bart., of a daughter.

On the 5th, at Brighton, the Lady of DAVID Biala, Esq., of Cookston, Forfarshire, of twins, a son and daughter.

On the 5th, at Toft Hall, Cheshire, Mrs. LEICESTER, of a son and heir. On the 6th, in Hyde Park Street, the Lady of G. H. SKELTON, Esq., Madras Civil Service, of a daughter. On the 6th, at Kingsbury Episcopi Vicarage, Somerset, the Lady of the Rev. J. K. Fovnza, of a daughter. On the 6th, at Thorpe Place, Surrey, the Lady of the Rev. EDWARD LEIGH BENNETT, of Long Sutton, Lincolnshire, of a daughter, still-born. On the 6th, at Eastbourne, Sussex, the wife of a wheelwright named Iloan, of three daughters, who, with the mother, are doing well. On the 10th. at Longford Hall, Derbyshire, ANNE Countess of LEItESTER, of a son, which survived its birth only a few hours.

On the 4th, at St. George's, Hanover Square, Sir Willmar MOLESWORTH, Bart., of Penearrow, Cornwall, to Mrs. TEMPLE Warn, Widow of Temple West, Esq., of Mather' Lodge, Woicestershire. On the 6th, at St. John's, Paddington, Captain Hurilarrn, Royal Artillery, to Cass MART, only daughter of the late EDWARD DANCE, Esq., Deputy Commissary-General to the Forces.

On the 9th, at St. George's, Hanover Square. Lord CHARLES WELLESLEY, second son of the Duke of Wellington, to Miss AUGUSTA SOPHIA ANNE PIERREPONT, only child of the Right Hon. Henry Manvers Pierrepont.

Melts. to MARGARET AMELIA, only child of Lieutenant-Colonel CARPENTER, of Potter's Bar. Middlesex. On the 10th, iu St. Peter's Church, Dublin, Jona HENRY KEANE, Esq., eldest son of Sir Richard Keane, Bart., of Cappoquiu House, Waterford. to LAURA, eldest daughter of the Right Hon. RICHARD EE.STINGE, Judge of the Prerogative Court in Ireland. On the 11th, at Cheltenham, GEORGE ROBERT LAMBERT ANNESLEY. Esq.. Lieutenant in the Austrian Cavalry, son of the late Hon. Robert Annesley, to MILLICENT MURRAY* the daughter of the late MILES MUNDY Fassien, Esq., of Derbyshire.

DEATHS.

On the 2d May, on the march from Secunderabad to Trichinopoly, in camp at Ootapoor, Lieutenant GEORGE LENNOX, Fourth Madras Cavalry, the eldest sou of Lord and Lady George Lennox; in his 23d year.

On the 5th July, at Heathfield Lodge, near Croydon, FRANCES MARIA, Relict of GEORGE SMITH, Esq., M.P., late of Selsdou. Surrey; in her 72d year.

011 the 5th, Captain WILLIAM Wrirrans FOOTE, R.N., of the Royal Hospital, Green- wich; in his 77th year, sixty -five of which were spent in the service of his country. He was one of the few survivors of Rodueys action, and in the Valiant when she cap. tured two sixty-four-gun ships iu 1782-in the Illustrious at the siege of Toulon and Hestia, and in Lord flotham's action in 1795-in the Blenheim at St. Vincent's-in the Director at Camperdown-at the mutiny at the Nore -at the siege of Cadiz-and for some years in the Channel service. On the 7th, at Leamington, ELIZABETH, the Wife of the Rev. J. hues, D.D., Canon of Peterborough; in her 59th year. On the Silt, Lieutenant °Gravies Haar DYNE, R.N., seventh surviving son of Sir Percival Hart Dyke, Bart., of Lullingstone Castle, Kent.

Os the 10th, FRANCES, daughter or J. W. LIDDIARD, Esq., of Leigham House, Streatham.

Lately, iu Charles Street, Berkeley Square, the Marquise de NADAILLAC, eldest daughter of the late JOHN MITCHELL, Esq.; in her 44th year. Lately, at Stock House, LOUISA WOLCOTT, Wile Or THEODORE MOILLIET, Esq., of King's Heath, Worcestershire; in her 7811 year.
