We greatly regret to observe the death of Dr. Storrar,

one of the first M.D.'s of the University of London, and its Chairman of Convocation during twenty-one years of an active life. He was an energetic-member of the Endowed Schools Inquiry Commission, which did so much to prepare the way for our various educational reforms, a member of the General Medical Council up to the time of his death, and one .of the most influential members of the Senate of the University of London, where his death will be universallyregretted. It was in great measure due to his great exertions that the University obtained its present charterand popular constitution. He is to be buried in the Old Church- yard, Hampstead, to-day at 2.30 p.m., where his many friends, and the numerous colleagues whose hearty respect he had always commanded, will assuredly master strong.
