morning- From Sudbury Hall the following bulletin has been received this morning- " The Queen Dowager has had some sleep during the night. Her Majesty's complaint has undergone no essential change since yesterday. " W. F. CHAMBERS, M.D., DAVID DAVIES, M.D.

" Sudbury Hall, 12th November 1841."

The Standard adds- " The private accounts received in town this morning are rather more favour- able, and some hopes are entertained that her Majesty may yet survive her dangerous and painful illness. The inquiries at Marlborough House appear to increase every day."
