THE Queen and the Royal Family remained at Osborne till yesterday. The Intention to go to Windsor had been-" postponed," says the Court Circular, "upon the recommendation of the Board of Health, in consequence of the number of new fatal cases of cholera in that town."

Her Majesty held a Privy Council on Saturday, and the prorogation of Parliament till November was ordered. The Bishop of Hongkong kissed hands on his appointment.

The Duke Alexander and Prince Philip of Wurtembnrg left Osborne on for London.

The Queen and Prince Albert came to London yesterday, from Osborne. They proceeded direct from the Nine Elms station of the Southampton Railway to Bentley Priory, at Stanmore, on a visit to the Queen Dowager; with whom they partook of a ddjewuer. In the evening they came on to Buckingham Palace. The Datchess of Kent dined with her Majesty and Prince Albert yester- day evening.
