Rowley, Bart to be Vice-Admiral of the Blue ; Rear-Admiral of the White P. W. P. Wallis to be Rear-Admiral of the Red ; Rear-Admiral of the Blue C. H. Fremantle to be Rear-Admiral of the White ; Capt. the Hon. T. Best to be a Rear-Admiral on the Reserved List ; Capt. C. R. D. Bethune, C.B. to be a Rear-Admiral of the Blue.
