the House of Commons on Monday, Mr. W. S. Morrison informed the House that the Minister of Health, after discussing with various experts the question of local boundaries "told him that he found a high degree of unanimity among them." The possibility of a high degree of unanimity obviously postulates the possibility of a low degree. To which Minister shOuld interrogation regarding the definition of these terms be addressed? ANUS.
