A vessel which bas arrived at Falmouth brings news from

Lisbon to the 3d of this month. The Queen is again in difficulty with her Ministry ; and, regardless of the strong protestations of the Ultra party in the Cortes, has dismissed the Baron Dss ANTAS and two of his colleagues. She also cashiered the Commander of a bat- talion of the National Guard, who immediately elected the Baron DAS ANTAS to the vacant post. The Miguelites were said to be busy in intrigues, and fomenting the prevalent discontent.
