MR. RUSSELL ON VIVISECTION.

[To THE EDITOR OF THE " SPECTLTOR.'] 78173,-1 was much obliged to you for publishing my letter on vivisection last Saturday. Had I longer deferred writing to you, I should have been too late for last week's Spectator, and by next Saturday the matter would have been rather out of -date. As, however, I called attention to the fact that the Times had failed to publish my letter of the 5th inst., it is only fair that I should, with equal publicity, record the fact that they 'have published it to-day.
