SI11,—A8 the representative of Our Dumb Friends' League who has specially had the worn-out horse traffic tinder notice since 1909, and more especially since February, 1913, I am in a position to inform your horse- and animal-loving readers that the Genera} Committee of Our Dumb Friends' League has decided to hold a large meeting shortly in connexion with this traffic. We hope all animal lovers will support the meeting, the date and place of which will he announced shortly.
