Sta,—Sir W. Beach Thomas's statement that his rose-bush, Zephyrili Drouhln, was carrying "well over 300 flowers" reminded me that I had not removed the dead and over-blown blooms from my own rose of name, which however, grows against a walk I counted -them as I did so.
